ABS material injection molding technology and precise fitment.

Ronch Bros brand motorcycle fairings are made of high grade virgin ABS material which gives the fairings certain flexibility and long term resistance and manufactured with extreme care from injection molding technology which guarantees an adaptation 95% equivalent to the original fairings. Unlike other vendors’ fairings which are handcrafted with roughly and approximately glued mounting tabs that are laid after the production of the fairings, our fairings have all mounting tabs well integrated during the injection molding process for a better solidity and in the right spots for an easy installation. High quality paint job and decals pre-applied under clear coat.

Ronch Bros brand motorcycle fairings consist of three layers of ultraviolet base paint and three layers of clear coat, decals are pre-applied under the clear coat. Ronch Bros brand aftermarket fairings are high-quality guaranteed with inside of the top front/nose fairing cowl painted to match the outer color to ensure a clean finish. The decals ( if the livery comes with decals ) on the displayed picture(s) are possibly blurred or covered but come with real fairing and pre-installed under clear coat. Windshield, heat shield, tank pad, pack of bolts are included.

Ronch Bros brand motorcycle fairing assembly comes with all main painted cowls as shown in the displayed picture(s) and some other black trim plastics. If you find the picture(s) don’t show all the claimed pieces, please no worry, you’ll get all pieces as well as free windscreen, tank pad, heat shield and some universal hardware.

Road/street fairings VS race/track fairings.

Ronch Bros team provides both road/street fairings and race/track fairings. The road/street fairings come with cutouts for headlights, taillights, mirrors, turn signals and are direct replacement of the original fairing kit. The ABS-plastic-made race fairings are identical to the street fairings but fill in the openings of lightings, mirrors, turn signals and made for racing or track day. This kind of ABS-plastic-made race fairings have a two-piece belly pan, not an oil-container belly pan and is not eligible for AMA Superbike Championship.
