United States: Approximately 25 days after the purchase . Other countries/regions: 20-45 days depending on the shipping destination. Please contact us for an accurate estimated time of arrival.

What should we do when received defective parts ?

If you received defective parts, please send us photos/video via emails to show the defective parts. We’ll send replacement once the these parts are proven as defective.

How to order custom fairing ?

Simple custom design, like changing colors, layout, or adding/removing stickers, is free. Just include your requests in the order notes text area. For complex custom designs, contact us via email to discuss details with our shopping assistant.

What is your warranty ?

We carries 180-day warranty against poor materials, craftsmanship, fading, peeling, cracking, melting or fitment. If you experience any quality issues or receive damage parts, please send us email with photos or video of the problem, we’ll address the issue promptly.

Do you provide installation manual ?

There is no installation manual with the fairing kit. Our fairing kits are OEM fairings replacement which feature 100% precise fitment. You can install our fairing kits easily if you are familiar with original fairing installation.

Do I have to pay tax & customs duty ?

Tax and customs duty policies vary widely by country and region. Our price does not include these fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility at the destination. If you need help determining if or how much tax and duty you’ll owe, please contact us.

What is your cancellation, refund and return policy ?

1) The fairing kits were initially designed for different customers, and the finish, including but not limited to paint and decals (size, position), may not be an exact match your existing or specific fairing. We don’t guarantee an exact match but will strive to make it as close as possible.

2) All fairings sold on our site are aftermarket fairings, not OEM fairings. If you require OEM fairings, please contact authorized dealers.

3) For fairing kit installation, use stock bolts or buy specific bolts designed for your bike. Our universal bolts are aluminum-made and not suitable for all motorcycles.
